Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini is an ancient yogic practice that combines breathwork, meditation, and yoga postures and movements that are often done on repeat and for longer lengths of time. It is accessible for all body types but can be challenging as you find your edge and challenge your mind. Be open to exploring something new and be rewarded with energetic shifts, improved mood, and a clearer mind.

There is something so therapeutic about a classic yoga flow! Focus your mind, lift your spirits and strengthen your body through a classic asana practice designed differently every time. Beginner friendly and always adjustable to your own healing needs.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is designed to counterbalance our busy and chaotic lives. You’ll use our studio props and blankets to support your body while holding postures for 3-7mins or more. The poses are easy, the mental work is deep. Be gentle on yourself the first few times until you see the shifts this practice will bring. It’s the yoga you never knew you needed!

Restorative Yoga

Deeply Relax your body in this Restorative class. This passive class allows you to fully rest and recover, releasing muscular tension, improving mobility and flexibility. It's great for improving your capacity for healing and balancing. Scheduled on Fridays it's a great way to end your week so you can begin your weekend feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
